PADI Assistant Instructor Course
Course Overview:
This course is the next step after becoming a Divemaster. The Instructor Development Course (IDC) is divided into two parts: the Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program. Most dive professionals complete the full IDC and then attend the Instructor Examination (IE), which is the final step toward becoming a PADI Instructor.
