Course Overview:
This course provides you with in-depth knowledge of the instructor development process and prepares you to shape the next generation of PADI Professionals.
Just as scuba divers look up to divemaster’s, instructor candidates really respect IDC Staff Instructors. As the name implies, IDC Staff Instructors assist with instructor training and share their wisdom and experience with new PADI leaders.
Master Scuba Diver Trainers who are ready to be excellent role models and agree to use the PADI Sysyem and components in their entirely may enroll in an IDC Staff Instructor course.

Doing it with Norway Dive
Completing the Assistant Instructor Course/Internship with us will prepare you to become a highly competent professional diver, fully capable of meeting and exceeding performance requirements. You will be trained by Course Director, Andre Føleide, who brings more than 25 years of experience in the diving industry and extensive expertise in training dive professionals.
Safety is always our highest priority. Throughout the program, you will develop the skills and confidence needed to conduct thorough dive briefings, assist instructors effectively, and perform your responsibilities with a high level of professionalism and confidence.
