Course Overview:

Emergencies can happen on any dive, and knowing how to respond quickly can make a life-saving difference. The PADI Oxygen Provider course trains you to safely provide emergency oxygen to divers who may be experiencing diving-related injuries, such as decompression sickness or near-drowning incidents.

• Recognizing diving-related injuries that may require emergency oxygen
• Safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of oxygen delivery equipment
• Proper emergency procedures for providing oxygen to injured divers
• Use first aid and CPR principles in diving emergencies
• How to respond effectively on the surface and while waiting for emergency services
