Course Overview:
The PADI Enriched Air Diver Specialty, often called the Nitrox course, is the most popular PADI specialty worldwide. It is designed to teach divers how to safely plan and conduct dives using enriched air blends containing more oxygen than standard air. Diving with enriched air allows you to extend your no-decompression limits, shorten surface intervals, and enjoy longer, more comfortable dives — especially on repetitive dives.
